Well, Hello! And Welcome to My Blog!

For the past year, I've been wanting to start a blog to chronicle my early days with Evie, but have been putting it off for several reasons. For one, it seems most entries have one cohesive thought or theme throughout and the nature of our days are so fragmented that I can't remember my last cohesive thought. It was probably about the lyrics to the Hot Dog Song, so depth may be a concern. I also worry that it would be boring to read about our days, since there is so much repetition. The biggest hindrance has been my severe sleep deprivation for the past year and a half which has left me with the vocabulary of an ESOL second grader (slam dunk!), so you might wonder if Evie is writing the blog most of the time.

I'm no expert, but it seemed like starting with an apology for boring, poorly written posts would be a surefire way to hook new readers.
