Daddy's Girl

I'm feeling overwhelmed by the number of updates I'd like to do, so here's a quick story to break the ice and demonstrate a bit of what we've been up to these days.

6 a.m. this morning from her crib:

Evie: DADAAAAAAA!!!
Me: Dada went bye bye. He's already at work, sweet pea.
Evie: No, no, NO, Ma! (while wagging her finger in my face)

We're in the midst of a big Daddy stage. Evie's become more communicative (and authoritative) and, as always, even more fun than the day before.

It's becoming embarrassing. We're taking another Disney vacation this week. My parents loved the stories of Evie on our cruise, so when an amazing deal came along, they booked it! We leave tomorrow for a 4 day cruise. We're excited, but we'll miss Matt!
